Displaying a product on the Website constitutes an invitation to treat, not an offer. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

However, due to the handcrafted nature of jewelry, minor variations in colour, weight, dimensions, and finish may occur between the photographed item and the product you receive. The final, agreed-upon price will be the price confirmed through WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation. Product availability as shown on the Website is indicative and subject to real-time stock changes. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
Payment terms, methods, and instructions are communicated directly through WhatsApp during the order process. We may accept bank transfers, UPI, or other payment methods as agreed upon. An order is not confirmed until full payment (or agreed partial payment for custom/bespoke items) has been received and verified by us.
